Fanvue Auto Reply After Midnight: Review the Whole Window
Check overnight Auto Reply windows, timezone, disabled days and exact start/end boundaries with a fictional six-case timetable and a before-you-save checklist.

Start with the account timezone
A schedule only makes sense together with its timezone. In Accounts, open Advanced and review Active hours. Review the timezone saved for the account you are configuring, not just the clock on your laptop. Write down the day, start time, end time and timezone together before deciding that a particular moment is outside active hours.
For the fictional example below, the account timezone is Europe/Vilnius. Monday is enabled from 22:00 to 02:00 and Tuesday is disabled. The 24/7 option is off. These settings are illustrative; they are not a real creator's schedule.
An overnight window belongs to its starting day
When a day's start is later than its end, the window crosses midnight. Monday 22:00–02:00 therefore includes late Monday and the early hours of Tuesday.
Tuesday being disabled does not erase the remaining portion of Monday's overnight window. It disables Tuesday's own window. To understand Tuesday at 01:30, review both Tuesday and the previous day.
| Local account time | Inside the example active-hours window? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Monday 21:59 | No | Monday has not started |
| Monday 22:00 | Yes | Start is included |
| Tuesday 00:00 | Yes | Monday's overnight tail |
| Tuesday 01:59 | Yes | Still before Monday's end |
| Tuesday 02:00 | No | End is excluded |
| Tuesday 22:00 | No | Tuesday's own window is disabled |
These are deductions from the current deployed time-window helper, not observed send times or a benchmark. Other days are assumed disabled for this example.
Equal start and end does not mean all day
Do not use a schedule such as 09:00–09:00 to represent a full day. The reviewed helper treats equal start and end times as an inactive entry. The separate Active all day every day (24/7) option bypasses the weekly time-window check; review whether that is actually the behavior you intend.
A day's inactive entry also does not erase an overnight tail inherited from the preceding day. Check adjacent days together instead of inspecting one row in isolation.
Inside active hours is not a delivery receipt
The time-window helper answers one question: is this moment inside the configured schedule? It does not prove that an eligible message exists, that a reply was generated or that anything was sent.
The broader workflow also checks account and conversation settings, connectivity and available credits. If the schedule looks correct but no reply appears, follow the Auto Reply troubleshooting guide. Do not infer successful sending from the schedule alone, or promise that every old message will be processed when a window opens.
Review without exposing fan conversations
Record the account timezone, relevant day and previous-day settings, local time under investigation and whether 24/7 is enabled. Keep the diagnostic record private. You can explain an overnight-boundary problem using a fictional timetable without copying fan messages or personal information.
In a read-only demonstration workspace, inspect available controls without changing the schedule. An illustrated timetable is an explanation, not a real saved-settings or send demonstration.
Before-you-save checklist
- Correct creator account selected.
- Intended timezone reviewed.
- 24/7 choice understood.
- Start and end checked, including whether the window crosses midnight.
- Previous day's overnight tail considered.
- Equal times not mistaken for all-day availability.
- Start included and end excluded in the expected timeline.
- Any delivery question checked separately from scheduling eligibility.
