Important Notice

All subscription purchases are final.

Exception Cases

If a processing clearly fails due to our fault and no output is provided, contact us within 7 days at info@fanvueautomation.eu and we will review your case.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Regular Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription payments
  • Service Usage: Credits or usage that has been consumed
  • Account Access: Once account has been activated and used
  • Partial Usage: Services that have been partially delivered

Payment Processing

Fanvue App Store Security

Fanvue handles all payments natively and securely. We cannot process refunds outside of Fanvue.

  • • All payments are processed through Fanvue's secure platform
  • • Credit card information is never stored on our servers
  • • Secure refund requests must go through Fanvue

Refund Process

For Technical Issues:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the issue
  2. Provide detailed description of the problem
  3. Include any error messages or screenshots
  4. Allow us up to 5 business days to investigate
  5. If our fault is confirmed, we will help facilitate the refund through Fanvue
